Corporate event management

We organise lectures, meetups, conferences and corporate events of any complexity — from the first idea to the day after, when the recording is still bringing you an audience.

Event management

Why us?

Full cycle, one team

Venue, promo, content, working with contractors, processing leads and invitations, broadcast and post-event — all of it run by our team.

Registrations, not hopes

A converting landing page and paid campaigns with cost per registration tracked. We close the full promotion cycle for the event.

A transparent estimate

Every line is costed and argued. No vague figures and no budget that quietly grows along the way.

Every event has a goal

We agree what the event is for before we plan it: leads, loyalty, recognition or a team that actually works together.

An event is not one day.It is everything around it.

An event is the registration page before it, the room on the day, and the content that keeps bringing people in for months afterwards. Run only the middle part and you pay for a day. Run all three and you pay for a pipeline.

Formats we run

01

Lectures & workshops

Expert formats that position the brand as the one who explains, not the one who sells.

02

Meetups & networking

Small rooms where the right people actually meet each other. Sometimes worth more than a hall of three hundred.

03

Conferences & forums

Multi-speaker programmes with registration, streams and a content afterlife.

04

Corporate events

Anniversaries, launches, team gatherings. The brand talking to its own people.

05

Brand events & launches

Presentations, openings and promo formats that give the press something to write about.

06

Hybrid & online

The room builds the relationship, the stream builds the reach. Usually you want both.

07

Charity & CSR events

Blood donation drives, fundraisers, volunteer days. The brand doing something rather than saying something.

08

Speakers for your company

We find and prepare speakers for internal lectures: from industry experts to people who simply tell a story well.

09

PR events

Press breakfasts, openings and formats built for one purpose: to give the media a reason to write about you.

How does it work?

01

Getting acquainted

You reach out however suits you. We listen, ask the right questions and get into your task from the very start.

02

Brief & goals

We gather the maximum: format, audience, goals, expectations. And we agree what the event is measured by before we plan it.

03

Concept & estimate

We prepare the idea and cost the real budget alongside it, with verified contractors. You get a clear picture: what, how and for how much.

04

Promotion & registrations

A converting landing page, paid campaigns, working the inbound list and communicating with everyone who signed up.

05

Preparation

Venue, catering, staging, tech, speakers, presentation, press pack, contractors and deadlines — all coordinated by us.

06

Event day

We are the control room: light, sound, timing, hosts, the stream. You are with your guests, we are with every second of it.

07

After the event

Content cut from the recording, a lead magnet, a chatbot, follow-up with guests and an honest report on what the event actually brought.

330+attendees, offline and online
$1.02per registration
180+views of the recording, still climbing

What you get?

Who it's for?

If you work in marketing, in HR, or you run the company, then this service is for you.

01

For marketing

You need the brand to be seen and talked about. An event gives the press a reason to write and the content team a month of material.

02

For HR

Team gatherings, anniversaries, onboarding formats. Events that build a team rather than just feed it dinner.

03

For owners and CEOs

The event is a strategic asset: reputation, partnerships and the right people in one room with you.

04

For experts and firms

You have expertise and want a market to hear it. A lecture positions you as the one who explains, and that sells better than an ad.

Popular questions.

How do we order an event?

You do not need to spend time searching for contractors, logistics, scripts or hosts. Leave a request here and we come back to find out what you want and propose the format. From that point the organising is on us.

What does "turnkey" include?

The full cycle: from the idea and concept to the content cut after the event. Venue, programme, contractors, tech, hosts, promotion and registrations, coordination on the day, and closing every detail afterwards.

How much does it cost?

The estimate is built individually and depends on the format, the number of guests, the venue, and how complex the script and tech are. We usually propose a few budget levels and explain honestly what is in each.

How long does preparation take?

It depends on the scale. On average two to six weeks. A small format with a ready concept can be done faster; a conference with speakers and a stream needs more.

Do you work outside Kyiv?

Yes. We have run events in other cities and can work abroad through verified partners. Logistics is costed separately and openly.

Can you take only part of the work?

Yes. Some clients have their own venue and hosts and come to us for the promotion, the landing page and the content. We will tell you honestly if taking only one piece will underdeliver.

How do you measure the result?

We agree it before we start: registrations and their cost, attendance offline and online, views of the recording, leads collected, or feedback from the team. After the event you get an honest report against those numbers.

What happens if something goes wrong on the day?

Something always does — that is what coordination is for. We hold a backup for the critical things: tech, timing and hosts. Guests should never find out that the plan changed.
